What it is

Colour comes back and the wear layer goes on, but the surface stays matte-to-satin — richer stone, not something poured over the top. Most water-based paver sealers on the market run 15–18% solids. The extra material is the reason this one is still working when the cheap stuff has gone flat.

25% solids by volume

Market standard for a water-based paver sealer is 15–18%. Solids are the material left behind once the water flashes off — it is the part you actually paid for.

Natural satin sheen

A soft sheen that deepens colour without the plastic shine. If you want the just-rained-on look, that is the Wet version, not this one.

UV stabilised, non-yellowing

Built for Florida sun. Cheap acrylics amber within a season or two; this one is stabilised against it.

Water-based — ships anywhere

No flammable-liquid classification, so a single pail goes to a residential address by ordinary ground parcel.

Two thin coats

Not one heavy one. A thick coat skins on top, traps solvent underneath and fails early.

How it goes down

Five steps. The first one is the one people skip, and it is the one that fails them.

Clean and fully dry the surface. Sealer over a damp or dirty surface is the number one cause of failure.
Apply SignaSeal DEEP first if you want the full two-step system.
Apply the first thin coat evenly. Resist the urge to lay it on heavy.
Let it touch-dry, then apply the second thin coat.
Walk on it after about an hour. Keep vehicles off for 48 hours.
